Niya Pennie provides coaching in her capacity as a registered nurse and wellness coach. No nurse-patient relationship, physician-patient relationship, or clinical care relationship is established through use of this website or coaching services.

4. Photo Upload Consent

By uploading a photo through our skin analysis tool, you confirm that:

• You are the person depicted in the photo, or have explicit permission from the person depicted

• You consent to the photo being reviewed by Niya Pennie for coaching purposes

Coaching Services

Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of our coaching services, all coaching session purchases are non-refundable once the session has been delivered or the coaching report has been issued. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

If a coaching session was not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Physical Products

We accept returns on unused, unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Opened or used products may not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

AI Skin Analysis Tool

The AI skin analysis tool is provided free of charge as part of our coaching intake process. No refund is applicable to free services.

Digital Products

Digital coaching reports, guides, and programs are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
